Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are processed through our website and refunds are processed through our support email: support@escapeacademy.in
Your email address you used to make the purchase will be required, please include it with your message.
Also if there’s any duplicate or unfamiliar charges, you can contact our team at support@escapeacademy.in for prompt assistance.
1. On multiple charges and duplicate payments
Any duplicate or wrong charge will be refunded without any investigation or inquiry.
If you have a duplicate payment on your card for any service, you can contact us at support@escapeacademy.in and we’ll check your account.
Refund windows stated on this policy do not apply to these payments and they are refundable at any time up to 2 months.
If those payments are older than three months, they become non refundable due to customer’s neglect.
2. Disputes and chargebacks
We reserve the right to counter any chargeback or dispute you issued for payments that don’t apply to this policy.
By making a purchase at raviunukuru.com or escapeacademy.in or through one our agents you comply with this policy and it’ll be presented as evidence of your willingness to make a purchase from us.
If you’re not satisfied with any charges applied on your account, we ask you to contact us at support@escapeacademy.in before any dispute and we will check your case individually.
3. Aspects not covered on this policy
Any future other product we offer will have their own refund window and they’ll be updated on this policy once available.
4. We Offer no refunds
ESCAPE ACADEMY and it's founder UNUKURU RAVI TEJA offers digital products, and personal mentorships which are intangible goods delivered via electronic means. As such, they are exempt from being returned or exchanged.
Why No Refunds?
Since our courses, mentorships, and resources are immediately accessible upon purchase, they fall under non-refundable services, as they cannot be returned or exchanged.
Once training, knowledge, and mentorship have been delivered, they cannot be reversed or "unlearned." This is why our strict no-refund policy is in place, ensuring fairness and consistency across all students.
Exceptions:
We understand that there may be exceptional circumstances that warrant consideration for a refund. If you believe you have a valid reason for a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@escapeacademy.in to discuss your situation.
