Cancellation Policy

1. Initiating a Cancellation:

To cancel your enrollment in an Escape Academy course, please follow these steps:

Submit a Cancellation Request:Email your request to our support team at support@escapeacademy.in Include your full name, email address used for purchase, and the course you wish to cancel.

2. Refund Eligibility:

ESCAPE ACADEMY offers digital products, which are intangible goods delivered via electronic means. As such, they are exempt from being returned or exchanged. Email your request to escapeacademyhelp@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase If you suspect a fradualent payment.

After 1 Day but Before Course Commencement:Eligible for a 50% refund. Submit your cancellation request before the course starts.

After Course Commencement:No refund available. We encourage you to continue with the course to gain the full benefits.

3. Exceptional Circumstances:

If you experience a significant life event that prevents you from continuing with the course, contact us at support@escapeacademy.in . Each case will be reviewed individually.

4. Duplicate or Unfamiliar Charges:

For duplicate or unfamiliar charges, email support@escapeacademy.in. These will be refunded without any inquiry if reported within 1 day.
